Am 3. April werden mit "The Wicked Symphony" und "Angel Of Babylon" von AVANTASIA die beiden Nachfolger vom 2008er Erfolgsalbum "The Scarecrow" durch Nuclear Blast Records/ Warner in die Läden kommen.  Die beiden CDs wird es sowohl einzeln, als auch in einer Deluxe-Version zusammen als Digipaks im Schuber geben.
Bereits bestätigte Gastmusiker sind neben Klaus Meine (Scorpions) unter anderem Ripper Owens (ex-Judas Priest), Michael Kiske (ex-Helloween), Jorn Lande (Masterplan), Russell Allen (Symphony X), Bob Catley (Magnum), Eric Singer (KISS), Jens Johansson (Stratovarius), Alex Holzwarth (Rhapsody), Felix Bohnke (Edguy), Andre Matos (ex-Angra), Jon Oliva (ex-Savatage) und viele mehr.
